Naviscan, Inc. (“Naviscan”, “us” or “we”) respects the privacy of visitors to our site at www.naviscan.com (“Site”). This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information we gather from you through the Site and what we do with that information. By submitting Personal Information (defined below) through the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information Collection and Use

Therefore, while Naviscan uses reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information, Naviscan cannot guarantee its absolute security.

A Note About Children
Our Site is not currently directed to children under the age of 13. We respect the privacy of parents and children and are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by sending by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective thirty (30) calendar days following posting of notice of the changes on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Site. In any event, changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of Personal Information that you provided us prior to our notification to you of the changes.
