Chairman and CEO: Paul J. Mirabella

Mr. Mirabella joins Naviscan with 30 years of diagnostic imaging experience with GE Healthcare, where he held leadership roles in technology, marketing and global business management in ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance, and sales and services. Mr. Mirabella holds four patents in CT and has participated in a variety of successful global product launches in virtually every modality and service business. Prior to joining Naviscan, he was President and CEO of Global Diagnostic Imaging while retaining responsibility for the commercial leadership of sales, marketing, and services in the Americas. A graduate of the GE Business Management Program accredited by the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Mr. Mirabella obtained degrees in aerospace engineering and applied mechanics from Polytechnic Institute in New York and a Masters in mechanical engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Chief Medical Officer: Judy E. Kalinyak, MD, PhD

Dr. Kalinyak earned her medical degree and PhD in molecular biology at the Pennsylvania State University. She trained in internal medicine with specialization in endocrinology and nuclear medicine at Stanford University Medical Center. Prior to joining Naviscan, she spent 18 years on the faculties of University of California, San Francisco and Stanford University. She is board certified in nuclear medicine and has authored over 35 peer reviewed publications in addition to numerous abstracts, meeting presentations and book chapters.

Chief Financial Officer: R. Gary Gilmore

Mr. Gilmore has over 20 years experience in corporate finance leadership including over 15 years as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Naviscan, he was Chief Financial Officer for Auspex Pharmaceuticals, a clinical stage pharmaceutical research and development company.  Prior to Auspex, he was Chief Financial Officer for Althea Technologies, a biopharmaceutical services company.  He has also provided extensive management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and start-up organizations. His experience includes strategic planning, venture capital fundraising and design and implementation of systems to manage growth and profitability.  Mr. Gilmore received a Master of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky.

Chief Operating Officer: Larry Lugo

Mr. Lugo has over 20 years experience in the innovation, development and commercialization of technology solutions, including imaging platforms and consumables, for the diagnostic imaging and biotechnology research markets. Prior to Naviscan, Mr. Lugo was COO and co-founder of Aurora Discovery, Inc. and Aurora Biotechnologies, Inc. Mr. Lugo also held senior management positions with Aurora Biosciences Corporation and Hamilton Company.

Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing: Guillaume Bailliard

Mr. Bailliard began his career as a design engineer for Genzyme Surgical and joins Naviscan with over 10 years of healthcare experience in the diagnostic imaging industry. Most recently, he was the Americas X-Ray Sales Manager for GE Healthcare where he was responsible for a $230M business across multiple product lines in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. He is a graduate of the GE Leadership Program in addition to having success in a variety of sales and sales management positions. Mr. Bailliard received his Executive MBA from Emory University, Atlanta in 2005 and his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1998.
